Examination pattern

Preliminary (Office Assistant and Scale-I): 80 questions, 80 marks, 45 minutes. Office Assistant: Reasoning 40 and Numerical Ability 40. Scale-I: Reasoning 40 and Quantitative Aptitude 40. Qualifying marks are required in both tests.

Main (Office Assistant and Scale-I): 200 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes covering Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English or Hindi, and Numerical Ability or Quantitative Aptitude. Wrong answers attract a penalty as stated in the IBPS notification (typically one-fourth of the mark assigned to the question).

Scale-II and Scale-III appear only in a single-level online examination, followed by interview. The medium of the test depends on the State or Union Territory opted for.

मुख्य परीक्षा (कार्यालय सहायक और स्केल-I): 200 प्रश्न, 200 अंक, 120 मिनट — तर्कशक्ति, कंप्यूटर ज्ञान, सामान्य जागरूकता, अंग्रेजी या हिन्दी, तथा संख्यात्मक क्षमता या मात्रात्मक अभिरुचि। गलत उत्तर पर अधिसूचना के अनुसार ऋणात्मक अंकन लागू होता है।

स्केल-II और स्केल-III केवल एकल स्तर की ऑनलाइन परीक्षा देते हैं, उसके बाद साक्षात्कार होता है। परीक्षा का माध्यम चुने गए राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश पर निर्भर करता है।

These 13,706 vacancies are indicative and spread across 28 participating Regional Rural Banks in 26 states and two Union Territories. Category-wise and bank-wise tables are in the CRP RRBs-XV notification. Officer Scale-I starting basic pay is about ₹48,480 with dearness allowance, house rent allowance and other allowances (in-hand pay is often near ₹74,000, depending on posting). Office Assistant in-hand pay is commonly in the ₹35,000–37,000 range. Final pay follows the concerned bank’s scale.

For Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant, proficiency in the local language of the state is essential (studied at Class 8 or above). If this is not met at selection, the candidate is generally given six months from joining to acquire it, within probation rules.

ये 13,706 पद सांकेतिक हैं और 26 राज्यों तथा दो केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के 28 सहभागी क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंकों में वितरित हैं। श्रेणीवार और बैंकवार तालिकाएँ सीआरपी आरआरबी-XV अधिसूचना में हैं। अधिकारी स्केल-I का प्रारंभिक मूल वेतन लगभग ₹48,480 है, महंगाई भत्ता, मकान किराया भत्ता और अन्य भत्तों के साथ (हस्तगत वेतन पदस्थापन के अनुसार प्रायः ₹74,000 के आसपास)। कार्यालय सहायक का हस्तगत वेतन सामान्यतः ₹35,000–37,000 के बीच रहता है। अंतिम वेतन संबंधित बैंक के वेतनमान के अनुसार होगा।

अधिकारी स्केल-I और कार्यालय सहायक के लिए राज्य की स्थानीय भाषा में दक्षता आवश्यक है (कक्षा 8 या उससे ऊपर अध्ययन)। चयन के समय यह योग्यता न हो तो सामान्यतः नियुक्ति के छह महीने के भीतर, परिवीक्षा अवधि के नियमों के अधीन, भाषा अर्जित करनी होती है।

How to apply

1. Open ibps.in and open CRP RRBs-XV.
2. Choose Office Assistants or Officers Scale I / II / III. Each requires a separate registration and fee.
3. Complete new registration with name, mobile number and email. Save the registration number and password.
4. Log in and fill personal details, education and state preference. For Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant, the State or Union Territory chosen for allotment cannot be changed later.
5. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the sizes given in the notification.
6. Pay the fee online between 1 September 2026 and 21 September 2026, submit the form, and print the receipt and application.

The handwritten declaration must be copied from the notification and written by hand. Typed text is not accepted. Keep the graduation mark sheet, category certificate, PwBD or ex-servicemen papers if applicable, a live photograph, signature, thumb impression and a valid identity proof ready. For complaints use cgrs.ibps.in.

आवेदन कैसे करें

1. ibps.in खोलें और सीआरपी आरआरबी-XV पर जाएँ।

3. नाम, मोबाइल और ईमेल से नया पंजीकरण करें। पंजीकरण संख्या और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें।
4. लॉगिन कर व्यक्तिगत विवरण, शिक्षा और राज्य वरीयता भरें। अधिकारी स्केल-I और कार्यालय सहायक के लिए आवंटन हेतु चुना गया राज्य या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश बाद में नहीं बदला जा सकता।
5. अधिसूचना में बताए आकार में फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, बाएँ अंगूठे का निशान और हस्तलिखित घोषणा अपलोड करें।
6. 1 सितंबर 2026 से 21 सितंबर 2026 के बीच ऑनलाइन शुल्क जमा करें, आवेदन जमा करें तथा रसीद और आवेदन का प्रिंट निकालें।

हस्तलिखित घोषणा अधिसूचना से लेकर हाथ से लिखनी है। टाइप किया हुआ पाठ मान्य नहीं है। स्नातक अंकतालिका, श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र, यदि लागू हो तो दिव्यांग या भूतपूर्व सैनिक दस्तावेज, फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, अंगूठे का निशान और वैध पहचान पत्र तैयार रखें। शिकायत के लिए cgrs.ibps.in का उपयोग करें।
