To further strengthen its green team and deliver time-bound, impact-driven outcomes, SIDBI is now hiring 8 specialized consultants/experts on a full-time contractual basis for its GCFV unit. Post-wise Vacancy & Remuneration | पद, रिक्ति और वेतन

कुल 8 पद उपलब्ध हैं जो दो वेतन श्रेणियों में विभाजित हैं:

Group A – Max ₹1,50,000/month (Age ≤ 35 years): Associate Manager – Finance & Accounting, Office Manager, Associate Manager – E-Mobility, Associate Manager – Renewable Energy (1 post each).

Group B – Max ₹2,50,000/month (Age ≤ 40 years): Associate Manager – Procurement, Associate Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation, Associate Manager – Environment & Social Safeguard, Associate Manager – Climate (1 post each).

The actual monthly remuneration will be negotiated based on the candidate's qualifications, current CTC, and overall experience within the stated maximum cap. Travel and halting allowances for outstation duties will be as applicable to SIDBI's Grade A officers. No other additional payments will be made.

Contract Period & Annual Increment | अनुबंध अवधि और वेतनवृद्धि

The initial engagement period is 3 years, subject to annual performance review. After successful completion of 3 years, the contract may be renewed annually for up to 2 more years (maximum total tenure of 5 years). Consultants who perform well are eligible for an annual increment of up to 10% on their monthly remuneration. Leave entitlement is 1.5 days per month (maximum 18 days per year), with no leave permitted in the initial 3 months. Unused leaves lapse at year-end and cannot be carried forward.

Detailed Eligibility & Experience | विस्तृत पात्रता और अनुभव

1. Associate Manager – Finance & Accounting

Candidates must hold an M.Com, MBA (Finance), PG in Economics, CA, ICWA, or ICMA qualification. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the operational departments of any bank, Small Finance Bank (SFB), Financial Institution (FI), or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is required. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Familiarity with MSME ecosystem and government subsidy/interest subvention schemes will be an added advantage.

2. Office Manager

At least 3 years of operational or accounts experience with a Bank, FI, NBFC, or CA firm is required. Proficiency in MS Office, E-procurement portals, and AI-based tools is desirable.

Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electric Vehicles and related infrastructure such as batteries, charging networks, and EV manufacturing. Experience with national or international bilateral/multilateral agencies (World Bank, ADB, AIIB, UN agencies) in the e-mobility space will be highly preferred.

4. Associate Manager – Renewable Energy

A higher qualification (M.Tech, MBA in Energy/Power Management, or M.Sc. in Renewable Energy) is desirable. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in grid-connected renewable energy projects with Government bodies, PSUs, public sector banks, utilities, ESCOs, RESCOs, or energy consulting firms. Experience in Solar PV, Wind Energy, and policy-level work is highly preferable.

Prior exposure to procurement processes of Multilateral/Bilateral agencies like the World Bank, ADB, or climate funds will be a significant advantage.

Familiarity with UNFCCC mechanisms, OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, IFI harmonized GHG accounting standards, PCAF standards, and Paris Agreement frameworks is mandatory. Strong data analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Working knowledge of IFC Performance Standards (PS1) and World Bank ESS9 norms is essential. Experience in E&S due diligence, ESMS, and working with Externally Aided Projects is highly valued.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in sustainable development, energy efficiency, and climate change — with a mandatory 2 years of working directly with multilateral/bilateral agencies or climate funds such as GCF, KfW, AfD, ADB, or JICA. Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills, combined with excellent report writing ability, are required.

SIDBI reserves the right to post or transfer resource persons to any other location in India based on operational requirements.

Selection Process | चयन प्रक्रिया

SIDBI will conduct a preliminary screening of all applications received. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview at New Delhi before a Selection Committee. Interviews may also be conducted via MS Teams (video conferencing). Candidates will be required to attend the interview at their own cost — no TA/DA will be reimbursed for the interview stage. Merely meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for interview. Selected candidates will be required to execute a service bond committing to serve SIDBI for at least 1 year; the bond amount equals 3 months' gross emoluments in case of early exit.
